Requirements

  • Executive Recruiting experience, in either in an agency or in-house setting
  • Experience supporting senior engineering and product hiring
  • Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with recruitment analysis and research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
  • Technical educational background

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of a search strategy (including a comprehensive target company list and candidate archetypes) with client-side researchers
  • Execute rigorous desk research on a search strategy for specific roles and projects
  • Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
  • Provide excellent client experience, partnering with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support and hiring event support
