About The Position

Prologis is seeking a Development Project Coordinator to support its development and construction teams. The role maintains accurate, current project records, contracts, invoices, and reporting while helping projects progress through established processes. It provides exposure to the full development lifecycle and a long-term opportunity to build experience and capabilities for potential advanced roles within the Development team. The coordinator works closely with Development Managers, Development Directors, Accounting, contractors, consultants, and vendors. The role calls for sound judgment, attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through across multiple priorities. As experience grows, the coordinator may take on broader project tracking and coordination across due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, and construction, and support customer-focused delivery for speculative, build-to-suit, and tenant improvement projects, subject to readiness and business needs. The position supports shell development, tenant improvement, and build-to-suit projects. It also includes administrative support, coordination among internal teams and external partners, and developing strong working knowledge of Autodesk Forma’s accounting, contract drawings, and file management modules. Additional software modules may be introduced over time, and the coordinator is expected to build proficiency with the program.
