Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator or in a related role
  • Experience working with PG&E
  • Experience obtaining city/county permits
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Residential electrical knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Basic typing and computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Quick learner, organized, professional, and friendly
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison for communication and coordination among customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Answer phones and assist customers.
  • Schedule leads and coordinate service calls.
  • Dispatch installation and service teams.
  • Manage the workflow of sold electrical projects from start to finish.
  • Communicate consistently with clients through project completion.
  • Coordinate logistics and installation schedules.
  • Work with city and county permits.
  • Support PG&E-related coordination.
  • Monitor project costs and efficiency.
  • Handle light administrative and office support tasks.
  • Assist management and help retain clients through excellent service.
