Assists where necessary or through project management those business ventures undertaken by the Company to ensure its profitable future.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business, information services or related field or a High School diploma or equivalent (GED) with two years’ of relevant experience and completion of a certification programs such as: APM (Associate in Project Management; CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in process and/or project coordination

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information services or related field
  • Two (2) years’ experience and knowledge of HMO, or PPO (e.g. accounting/finance, reinsurance, regulatory compliance, claims processing, membership/eligibility, actuarial precepts).

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a subject matter expert supporting commercial program execution, operational performance, and issue resolution.
  • Participates in operational coordination for the commercial lines of business, including but not limited to ACA Marketplace, Medicare Supplement, and Employ-Sponsored Plans.
  • Addresses member questions, resolves basic issues and escalates complex concerns or questions to Member Services for appropriate resolution and/or response.
  • Participates in enrollee and provider outreach and engagement as needed, documenting all interactions as appropriate in Health Rules, Jiva, or other systems as appropriate.
