About The Position
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a global leader in clinical diagnostics for over 90 years, is seeking a Project Coordinator, Implementation to join their SolutionsONE organization. This role is responsible for coordinating and organizing the implementation of Beckman’s product portfolio. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multifunctional role and contribute to building a world-class implementations project management organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management and is fully remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in field with preference for 1-2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in scheduling or project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all project-related activities.
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable project information.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or MS Project is a plus, as it will contribute to efficient project planning and execution.
- Ability to travel Monday-Friday 10-20% nationally
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Provide support to project managers, assisting them in various project-related tasks.
- Coordinate instrument delivery projects, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of instruments to customers.
- Coordinate the implementation timelines and dates for water, UPS, and compressor systems for project sites.
