About The Position
The Project Coordinator, Implementation is responsible for coordinating and organizing the implementation of Beckman’s product portfolio. This role supports project managers in various project-related tasks, coordinates instrument delivery projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers, and schedules the implementation timelines for water, UPS, and compressor systems for project sites. The position is part of the SolutionsONE organization and is fully remote, reporting to the Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in field with preference for 1-2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in scheduling or project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all project-related activities.
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable project information.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or MS Project is a plus, as it will contribute to efficient project planning and execution.
