The project planner and administrative assistant position provides a variety of complex administrative and project management support to the Care Management director. Must be effective in managing multiple tasks and projects at any one given time. The position must be able to exhibit exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills in a variety of situations. Relies on project planning experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Monitors results to ensure that the programs are meeting expectations and deadlines. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Relevant Associate Degree to position Or equivalent education/experience
  • 3 years Experience as an administrative or executive professional.
  • 3 years Providing support and guidance to a variety of people in a healthcare.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework/Training Project Management
  • Bachelors degree in business and/or management course completion.
  • Coursework/Training Medical terminology.
  • Project planning/management experience.
  • Facilitation and communication skills/experience.
