Location: Mobile, AL (On-Site) This position is contingent upon contract award Position Summary We are seeking an IMS/EVM Analyst to support schedule analysis, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) surveillance, and project controls to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program. This role analyzes the shipbuilder’s IMS, identifies risks, and validates cost and schedule data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 5 years’ Experience with EVMS, IMS analysis, or project controls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with shipbuilding or defense acquisition programs

Responsibilities

• Conduct EVMS surveillance and ensure compliance with ANSI/EIA-748
• Analyze the shipbuilder’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical-path impacts
• Validate EVM variance reports and financial data
• Maintain physical progress models using MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Support risk management and milestone tracking
• Provide findings and recommendations to leadership
