About The Position

The Project Controller is responsible for the planning and performance monitoring of assigned projects, including providing guidance to operational managers through the implementation of project controls processes, procedures and contracts. The incumbent will track performance daily, weekly and monthly, and incorporate quantitative and qualitative analysis, to define both the physical and the economic performance of the projects and recommend action to be taken should deviations from the optimal performance be highlighted. The incumbent will work to ensure that the business objectives of the Company are consistently achieved. The Project Controller must assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of the project baseline and project execution plan, inclusive of setting up the project administrative aspects.

Requirements

Experience in project controls
Understanding of project controls processes, procedures, and contracts
Ability to track performance daily, weekly, and monthly
Skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability to define physical and economic performance of projects
Ability to recommend corrective actions
Understanding of business objectives
Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining project baselines and execution plans
Experience in setting up project administrative aspects
