About The Position

KTGY is seeking a Project Associate for their Oakland High Density studio. This role is designed to build the foundation of a career by developing fundamental design skills and an effective, collaborative design process. The Project Associate will gain exposure to and support multiple projects in various phases within the studio. This role requires curiosity as the individual develops a personalized work approach aimed at creating groundbreaking designs that positively impact communities. The Oakland High Density studio focuses on context-sensitive density and affordable housing design, exploring innovative technologies and leveraging expertise in codes and allowances for the entitlement phase. They emphasize career growth, guidance, and feedback for all team members.
