Requirements

  • Candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a cross-functional, collaborative team.
  • High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards for services and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner under minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, as well as document management.
  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, firm-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support daily workflow and/or improve work quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing case files and documents.
  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for case-related materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.
  • Conduct research and gather information relevant to ongoing litigation cases.
  • Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of court filings and other documents.
  • Support the legal team in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive legal information.
