Engineering Analytics, a part of MacKay, is seeking a dedicated, motivated, and relationship-focused Project Assistant to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. This role will provide critical support to Project Managers, helping with proposal development, formatting, documentation, and follow-ups. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with the MS Office suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with using documentation technology for printing, scanning, and faxing documents.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for editing and formatting correspondence, reports, and proposals, as well as assembling documents for distribution
  • Manages multiple assignments with minimal supervision and collaborates cross-functionally to obtain information
  • Manage and submit expenses in Deltek VantagePoint.
  • Answers the main phone line and directs calls to appropriate staff.
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answers or refers inquiries.
  • Orders, receives, and maintains office and kitchen supplies.
  • Support project managers with invoices and project needs.
  • Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Event planning for office functions.
  • Performs other administrative duties, including filing, copying, and collating.
  • Vehicle logs and maintenance tracking.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
