About The Position

FRANJO RESTORATION (www.franjorestoration.com) is seeking a PROJECT ASSISTANT to support the Operations/Management departments. This role is responsible for the control and distribution of project documentation and assisting the Project Manager with coordination activities and tasks related to project management and production needs. The position provides support services required by the management department during the pre-restoration (EMS) and restoration phases, ensuring a complete understanding of project documents, policies, and procedures. Requirements

  • Understanding of building practices and procedures with Restoration management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong Accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with Xactimate, DASH management, and Mica water mapping.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
  • Must comply with all required background and security clearances.
  • Must submit to new hire and random drug screening(s).

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Manage project files (manual and electronic) and sort for final filing.
  • Prepare customer contracts, estimates, and invoices.
  • Monitor job file status and audit status, ensuring client requirements are followed (e.g., managed repair programs).
  • Complete and review job file documentation for final upload, audit process, and submission.
  • Handle correspondence with insurance companies/adjusters, customers, independents, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure project documentation compliance.
  • Manage project hand-off for production.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to ensure a reliable flow of information.
  • Create purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
