About The Position

The Project Architect in the Education division provides project-wide design and technical leadership to create high-quality solutions aligned with project goals. Serving as Professional of Record, this role is primarily responsible for ensuring that design intent, technical quality, and project requirements are successfully integrated into the overall project design and deliverables.

Requirements

• Professional Architecture License required.
• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Demonstrated capability to assume project-wide architectural responsibility.
• Proficiency with architectural design software, including Revit, MOS, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Professional of Record on projects of various scales and complexity.
• Applies sound professional judgment and technical expertise to guide project execution.
• Partners with Project Managers in developing and maintaining scope, budget, schedule, and labor resource plans.
• Translates project scope into coordinated deliverables and documentation strategies.
• Prepares, reviews, and oversees production of drawings, specifications, and other required technical documentation.
