About The Position

Iconica is seeking an experienced design professional to lead projects from concept through completion. The Project Architect translates client goals into creative, practical design solutions and provides leadership and direction to project teams throughout the design and construction process. Iconica brings architecture, engineering, and construction together under one roof and describes its environment as collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Licensed Architect in Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 7 years of commercial design experience, including conceptual design, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating project teams.
• Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• NCARB certification.
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape.
• Experience with Bluebeam and MasterSpec.
• Experience with Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from inception through completion, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Oversee the development of construction documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead client presentations and meetings, communicating design concepts, project progress, and recommendations.
