DLR Group's Orlando Office is seeking an Architect to support the growth of its Education Sectors. This role operates within a hybrid work model, offering flexibility between office time and remote work. The Education practice focuses on designing environments that support academic learning, social development, and community impact across K-12 and Higher Education. The firm partners with clients to shape the future of learning, creating spaces that enrich educational communities and expand student, educator, and institutional potential. Their approach is grounded in evidence-based design, leveraging research and data to enhance student engagement, educator effectiveness, and learning outcomes. Integrated teams of educators, designers, engineers, and climate-action strategists collaborate to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. The Project Architect will be a key contributor, responsible for the day-to-day design and technical development of projects, coordinating project documentation and delivery, and working closely with the integrated design team to ensure quality, adherence to schedules, and budgets. They will partner with the Project Manager on financial health, document quality, claim prevention, team collaboration, and communication, while leading cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions.
