About The Position

Gresham Smith is seeking an Architect to join their team. The role involves analyzing client problems and developing architectural solutions, coordinating with subconsultants, and preparing various stages of architectural documentation including schematics, design development, and construction documents. The architect will also develop, modify, and review production drawings, edit project narratives and specifications, research and select appropriate materials, and manage construction submittals and RFIs. Additionally, the position assists the project manager with construction administration and reviews sub-consultant invoices and client pay applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field of study AND Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Master’s degree in Architecture or related field of study AND One (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation (in lieu of Bachelor's and 3 years experience).
• Demonstrated experience with Aviation or Commercial architecture.
• Demonstrated experience with Revit.
• Demonstrated experience with SketchUp.
• Demonstrated experience with Enscape or Lumion.
• Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• A license in Architecture.

Responsibilities
