We invite you to watch our "Welcome to DPA" video here: https://vimeo.com/1023052645?share=copy What You Will Be Doing: You, as the Project Analyst, will serve as a key contributor in the Eligibility Modernization Office (EMO), supporting complex system modernization and business transformation initiatives through advanced analytical, coordination, and leadership support across the project lifecycle. This position works closely with program leadership, technical teams, and vendors to lead stakeholder discovery, translate business, policy, and technical needs into clear requirements, and evaluate system and process designs. The Project Analyst plays a central role in planning and supporting testing, implementation, data validation, and project reporting, while ensuring that deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria. This role also supports security and compliance activities, maintains authoritative project documentation, and provides leadership within Agile/Scrum teams to help ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals. Requirements

  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance.
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools for designing, developing, and testing software in a given environment.
  • Knowledge of methods, tools, and procedures, including development of information security plans, to prevent information systems vulnerabilities, and provide or restore security of information systems and network services.
  • Sets well-defined and realistic personal goals; displays a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner; works with minimal supervision; is motivated to achieve; demonstrates responsible behavior.

Responsibilities
