Project Analyst, Senior

QualcommSan Diego, CA
$40 - $60

About The Position

Qualcomm is looking for a Project Analyst to join our Intellectual Property - Open Systems Legal Group responsible for managing the review and approval process for three inter-related dockets: open source software, AI models, and AI datasets. This role supports our Attorneys while collaborating cross-functionally with enterprise-wide product teams (engineers, program managers, product managers) on all three dockets, aligned to support all business units at Qualcomm. In addition, this position plays a key role in developing processes and tools to make our operations more efficient and scalable. Additionally, while the Attorneys will handle the more comprehensive dockets, the Project Analyst will progressively take ownership of their own dockets, commensurate with demonstrated skill level and their aptitude for learning. This will include assessing and helping remediate risks in connection with AI model reviews, training dataset reviews, and open source reviews. We will provide robust training and learning opportunities in each of the three subject matter areas, to support the candidate. However given the speed at which these fields are evolving, the successful candidate will need to similarly keep pace. As such, we are looking for a highly driven, very diligent candidate who thrives in working in an ultra-fast-paced environment, while possessing the sincere desire to continuously learn, including the habitual pursuit of ongoing AI, training dataset, and open source knowledge on their own time as needed. Additionally, the role will be split between Project Analyst work in support of the dockets, and administrative work in support of the Open Systems Legal Group overall.
