About The Position

Become a part of our caring community The Senior Project Management Analyst / Senior Program Delivery Professional strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership to improve quality metrics. You will report to the Manager, Stars Improvement. As the Senior Project Management Analyst / Senior Program Delivery Professional you will Develop programs designed to drive value-based relationships. Partner with leaders regarding implementation planning. Review and communicate results of programs. Make recommendations based on reporting and measure performance Support key functions with strategic and analytical thinking Experience with a clinical setting to advance provider-first strategies, influence member interventions, and identify new opportunities. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

• Live in the Miami, FL area
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 or more years of experience in a Medicare Advantage Organization
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office -Word, Excel-pivot tables, formulas, charts, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Campaign management experience
• Registered Nurse
• Microsoft Access
• CMS Stars Program experience
• Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care
• Strong analytical skills
