About The Position

Tria Federal is seeking a Project Analyst I to provide administrative and operational support services for their federal customer at the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia. This role will be part of a team supporting healthcare operations, program management, analysis, research, education programs, correspondence/task management, and military healthcare related policies and programs. The successful candidate will support BUMED Clinical Operations, Policy and Standards and the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), contributing to safe, quality healthcare, operational readiness, force development, Sailor and Marine deployability, and the delivery of the future Naval Medical Force. Supported programs include OCMO; Quality, Safety, and Leadership Academy (QSLA); Women's Health; Trauma Strategy; Emergency Medical Services; Dental Services; Pharmacy Services; Navy Medicine Operational Clinical Communities; and Medical Research and Development. This is a hybrid position with approximately 10% on-site and 90% remote work, requiring on-site support at BUMED, Falls Church, VA. Work hours may require flexibility to support Navy Medicine stakeholders across multiple time zones. Travel is 25% or less, with potential for CONUS or OCONUS travel. A Secret clearance is required, and the opportunity is contingent upon award.

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of project administration, program support, healthcare operations, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational, research, reporting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to maintain electronic trackers, schedules, records, and action logs.
  • Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, management, communications, or related field.
  • 0–5 years relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with military regulations and federal administrative processes.
  • Military health environment, an understanding of the military organization, understanding of military health data.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent skills in multitasking, prioritization and planning, schedule management, and the coordination of complex executive functions.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Possess strong editorial and writing skills and a keen understanding of different audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day project administration, action tracking, research, reporting, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain project schedules, trackers, rosters, action items, risks, issues, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with COPS staffing/onboarding administration, training-status tracking, GFE information, monthly reporting, and deliverables.
  • Support clinical/business modernization projects, training events, site visits, conferences, data calls, and dashboard activities.
  • Collect and organize project and performance information for reports and leadership briefings.
  • Assist with SharePoint/knowledge management and document control.
  • Perform research and basic analysis to help project teams resolve issues and complete time-sensitive requirements.
