Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the Physician Integration Lifecycle by leading the end-to-end onboarding and provisioning process for physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring they are clinical-ready on day one.
  • Serve as the Strategic Liaison between new providers and key hospital departments, acting as the primary navigator for all technical, functional, and operational requirements.
  • Direct Project Data & Performance Analytics by analyzing key trends and milestones, transforming raw data into actionable reports that ensure all project metrics are met with 100% accuracy.
  • Synthesize Complex Project Documentation for high-level internal and external communications, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive Operational Excellence by identifying information gaps and process errors throughout the project lifecycle, implementing rapid solutions to maintain the momentum of provider growth initiatives.
