About The Position

KE&G Construction, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Administrator to Construct their Legacy in Alamogordo, New Mexico. The Construction Project Administrator will support the project management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. This role involves managing documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships from project initiation to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with SR. Project Admin, project managers, and other team members to support project goals.
  • Help coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, client interactions, and changes.
  • Use CRM systems to track project progress and client communications.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures under supervision.
  • Ensure all costs are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist in conducting quality checks and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Implement solutions that align with client goals and company protocols.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies for the office and project sites.
  • Provide support with front desk tasks, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence.
