About The Position

Visions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project / Account Manager – Large Format Print to join their Large Format Production Center. This role is more than just order entry or customer service; it involves being the central point of contact between customers, sales professionals, designers, production teams, installers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded. This position is suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, foster team collaboration, and take pride in delivering outstanding work.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Project Management, Account Management, or Customer Service experience within Large Format Printing.
  • Strong understanding of large format printing, graphics production, materials, finishing methods, and installation processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical production details clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working within print ERP, MIS, or estimating systems (such as Monarch, iQuote, or similar).
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with installation scheduling and field coordination.
  • Experience managing distribution programs and nationwide shipments.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 quality environment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer's advocate throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery with clear communication.
  • Act as the primary communication link between customers, Sales, Production, Creative, Purchasing, Shipping, and Installation teams.
  • Provide proactive account support by learning customer businesses and objectives to anticipate needs, review specifications, and recommend solutions for improved quality, efficiency, and cost.
  • Prepare project estimates using the iQuote system, communicate pricing, and create accurate job tickets and production records.
  • Coordinate schedules with Production and Installation, monitor job progress, review proofs for quality, and proactively communicate updates or changes.
  • Schedule press checks, deliveries, removals, and installations when required.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify process improvements that increase productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
