Job Summary Provides program support for DoD ammunition/munition production programs through working collaboratively across different departments to manage projects/programs from initiation through completion, meet financial revenue, operating efficiency, and strategic goals, as well as regulatory requirements. Keeps all stakeholders informed of developments on the projects/programs covering the full range of the program's life cycle. We are currently recruiting for Program Manager II and Program Manager III opportunities. Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers. Participates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance. Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization. Supervises the work of program or project staff to ensure that work in completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications. Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics. Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations. Provides reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
