It leads or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and indirect people management. The role monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. Responsibilities are within the Project Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines. The impact of the role requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field, using advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work. It leads others to solve complex problems and works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. It may lead functional teams or projects and involves consistent exercise of discretion & judgment. Essential functions include P&L responsibilities for specific program(s), participating in all aspects of corporate programs (planning, budgeting, staffing, performance), liaising with functional departments, tracking utilization to ensure milestones are completed on time, evaluating program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing reports and updates to senior management or stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.
  • Provides reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders.
