The Programs and Community Engagement Manager (PCEM) develops, manages, and implements inclusive public programs and community engagement activities that advance the Rose Art Museum’s mission and support its exhibitions, collections, and strategic priorities. Working collaboratively with curatorial staff, the Museum Educator, and campus and community partners, the position is responsible for fostering meaningful connections through innovative programming and strategic outreach efforts that increase participation, deepen engagement, and expand the museum’s reach. The Manager also supports the museum's communications and audience development efforts through digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, website content, and promotional campaigns. Success in this role requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to create and track budgets and manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Regular on-site presence is required to support the Museum's public-facing activities. Evening and weekend hours are periodically required for programs, events, and outreach initiatives, with appropriate advance notice.
