We’re looking for a Programmatic Media Strategist who’s curious, analytical, and excited to dig into the “why” behind performance. You don’t just take platform results at face value—you like getting into the data to understand what’s really working. You’re comfortable in Excel, enjoy building models, and take pride in uncovering insights that help drive better decisions. This role is focused on execution and analysis rather than client management. You’ll spend your time in the platforms and in the data—testing, learning, and continuously improving performance using a Stop / Scale / Start mindset. You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, paying attention to details, and finding smarter ways to optimize. You see algorithms as tools to guide—not something to rely on blindly.
