About The Position

The Program Support Assistant (OA) works in the Geriatrics and Extended Care Department under the Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Section and reports to the HBPC Program Manager. The position handles a broad range of clerical, office-automation, data, records, meeting, fleet, inventory, and timekeeping functions. It supports program reporting and performance tracking and assists the Program Director and Medical Director with administrative duties. This is a non-virtual position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
