About The Position

The Program Supervisor manages specific areas of the Residential Rehabilitation Program, which supports individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. The program helps clients obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and other support. The position oversees service delivery and supervises staff while helping ensure that clients receive coordinated direct support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of positively referenced experience, including experience in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A driver’s license with three points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor smooth day-to-day program operations.
• Implement and maintain systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess, coordinate, and implement clients’ direct support service needs.
• Participate in hiring, training, ongoing supervision, and evaluation of staff.
• Monitor the program budget.
• Ensure compliance with applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting requirements.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their support systems, and partner service providers.
