About The Position

The Program Supervisor - Full Service Partnership (FSP) provides day-to-day administrative, operational, and programmatic supervision of assigned FSP staff and supports intensive, community-based services for children, youth, and families. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Supervisor oversees staff performance and development, program operations, census and caseloads, service delivery, outreach and engagement, documentation and data, quality improvement, and contractual compliance. High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) is the evidence-based practice used in the program; the Supervisor supports staff in implementing HFW principles, phases, fidelity expectations, and family-driven practices. This is a non-clinical supervisory position. The Supervisor does not provide clinical supervision or independently perform functions requiring clinical licensure. The role includes staff supervision and development; monitoring program performance, engagement, service coordination, and documentation; supporting CFT and team meetings; overseeing enrollment, transitions, and disenrollment; collaborating with licensed clinical staff when clinical judgment is required; and promoting HFW fidelity, family voice and choice, cultural responsiveness, quality improvement, and compliance. The Supervisor also supports crisis and safety coordination, program development, and operational improvements. If the incumbent has active California BBS registration as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC, they participate in the FSP after-hours on-call schedule as assigned, within their professional scope and required supervision. The work environment is primarily office, clinical, and remote or hybrid, with community-based locations as operational needs require. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance at least three days per week and allowing remote work up to two days per week based on operational needs and executive leadership approval. The role may involve contact with individuals experiencing significant behavioral health symptoms, psychiatric crises, or acute emotional distress. Work schedules and attendance are subject to agency policy, department requirements, and operational needs.
