About The Position

This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will be responsible for the management of program area(s), including the delivery of services and supervision of staff. Sheppard Pratt's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services consist of day programs and supportive living programs. Clients in our day programs have access to group activities, individual support, and mental health services. Clients in the supportive living program receive support in maintaining independent living and have access to the day program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of positively referenced experience.
• Requires on-call flexibility.
• A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implementing and maintaining systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assessing, coordinating, and implementing direct support service needs of clients.
• Participating in the hiring, training, and the ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Monitoring program budget.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, support systems, and partner service providers.
