Program Supervisor – Student Assistance Program
About The Position
Devereux Center for Effective Schools is seeking a Program Supervisor – Student Assistance Program (SAP) to lead and support a team of SAP Liaisons serving school districts throughout the region. In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee program operations, supervise staff, partner with school and community stakeholders, and ensure that students receive the support and resources they need to achieve success academically, socially, and emotionally. The Program Supervisor serves as a trusted resource to schools, providing consultation on educational, behavioral health, prevention, and student support matters while ensuring all program deliverables are met with accuracy and excellence. This position plays a critical role in monitoring program performance, analyzing outcomes, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and using data to drive operational effectiveness and program growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who excels at relationship-building, staff development, organization, and problem-solving, and is passionate about helping students, families, and school communities succeed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral healthcare, mental health, education, substance use, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently between school and community locations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with data tracking, reporting, and outcome measurement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in a related field.
- Prior Student Assistance Program (SAP) experience.
- Previous staff supervision or program management experience.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Student Assistance Program processes.
- Experience working with public school districts and community-based organizations.

Benefits
- Compensation: $62,000 – $68,000 annually, based on experience
