If so, Devereux Center for Effective Schools is seeking a Program Supervisor – Student Assistance Program (SAP) to lead and support a team of SAP Liaisons serving school districts throughout the region. In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee program operations, supervise staff, partner with school and community stakeholders, and ensure that students receive the support and resources they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Reporting to the Director of the Center for Effective Schools, this role is responsible for supervising SAP Liaisons, ensuring program compliance, managing data and reporting functions, and maintaining strong partnerships with school districts, community agencies, and key stakeholders. The Program Supervisor serves as a trusted resource to schools, providing consultation on educational, behavioral health, prevention, and student support matters while ensuring all program deliverables are met with accuracy and excellence. This position plays a critical role in monitoring program performance, analyzing outcomes, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and using data to drive operational effectiveness and program growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who excels at relationship-building, staff development, organization, and problem-solving, and is passionate about helping students, families, and school communities succeed. Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) provides support to schools around early learning, academic interventions, safety practices and the assessment and treatment of students with complex behaviors, cognitive challenges and communication needs. We use evidence-based practices with an emphasis on assisting school systems with special education populations. DESS comprises the following departments: Center for Autism Education Services; Center for Effective Schools; Center for Resilient Children & Center for School-Based Mental Health Services. These teams provide the following effective in-person and virtual services.
