About The Position

The Program Supervisor role is designed to address the supervision bottleneck in ABA therapy. This position offers clinical supervision with a consultation scope, primarily for Master's level professionals. The role involves running pods, supervising clinical staff with authority, contributing to treatment planning, and for Master's level individuals, extending consultation to adult residential and group home settings. This is a key role in KEBM's supervision infrastructure, aiming to provide better support for RBTs and alleviate the workload of BCBAs.

Requirements

• BCaBA certification or active BCBA candidacy with supervised hours accumulating.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of ABA experience.
• Experience supervising staff, including accountability conversations, coaching, and decision-making.
• Comfortable with a varied role including pods, 1:1s, consultation (if Master's), and coaching.
• Ability to respond appropriately to behaviors including elopement, aggression (hitting, kicking, spitting, throwing), and self-injury, with training and supervisory backup.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree already completed (opens consultation scope).
• Adult residential or group home consultation experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Active BCBA candidacy with documented supervised hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs, Lead RBTs, and Program Supervisor Trainees with genuine authority.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Run pods and deliver direct clinical services, modeling interventions, managing challenging behaviors, and coaching in real time.
• Consult into adult residential and group home settings (Master's level only), extending KEBM's clinical scope.
• Coach Trainees and Lead RBTs on the team.
• Own the quality of the pod's data and documentation, ensuring it is defensible, clean, and timely.
