About The Position

The Program Supervisor/RBT Mid Tier role is designed to address the supervision bottleneck in ABA therapy. This position offers clinical supervision with a consultation scope, particularly for Master's level candidates. The role involves running pods, supervising clinical staff with authority, contributing to treatment planning, and, for Master's level individuals, extending consultation to adult residential and group home settings. KEBM, a five-clinic ABA therapy company founded in 2016, utilizes a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology, which is a pod-based group ABA therapy model. This methodology groups 3-6 clients by age, skill level, and goal alignment, with a facilitator-to-client ratio of 1:3 within the pod. Supervisors are always on-site, providing real-time coaching, oversight, and support. KEBM serves a diverse client base, including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp participants, ensuring every client receives the same quality of care. The company is women-founded, minority-owned, and prioritizes clinical quality and positive outcomes for both clients and employees.
