About The Position

The ABA Program Supervisor (Mid Tier) role is designed to address the supervision bottleneck in ABA therapy. This position involves running pods, supervising clinical staff with genuine authority, contributing to treatment planning, and, for Master's level candidates, extending consultation scope into adult residential and group homes. This role is central to KEBM's supervision infrastructure, aiming to provide robust support to clinical staff and ensure high-quality client outcomes. KEBM is a five-clinic ABA therapy company founded in 2016, serving clients with various diagnoses through its proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology. The company is women-founded, minority-owned, and committed to clinical quality and employee well-being. The S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology is a pod-based group ABA therapy model that integrates social skills, behavior intervention, and individualized goals within a structured group dynamic. Clients are grouped by age, skill level, and goal alignment, with a 1:3 facilitator-to-client ratio within pods. On-site supervisors provide real-time coaching and support, ensuring staff are never alone. The company serves a diverse client base, including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp participants, as well as consultation clients in adult residential and group homes.
