About The Position

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full-Time Program Supervisor to assist clinical staff providing services in our Outpatient program. This position will provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to Outpatient Clinicians. This position provides the opportunity to complete 20–25% direct service work to gain clinical supervision hours required for independent licensure. Individual clinical supervision is provided as part of the role.

Requirements

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
• Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)

Nice To Haves

• At least two (2) years’ experience providing substance abuse counseling and group counseling
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to Outpatient Clinicians.

• Provide individual clinical supervision.
