Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Housing Navigators, HMIS, case management, service providers, and client support, ensuring compliance of all funding source regulations. Provides a successful and supervised setting for staff, providers, volunteers, and clients. Performs on-going assessments on data reporting, collection and case management. Facilitates the progress of the shelter program and partner support while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
