JOB SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Programs, the Program Supervisor III (PS III) leads the districtwide implementation of Think Together’s specialized Programs (e.g. High Dosage Tutoring, Accelerators, Yard Duty Supervision, Interventionists, etc.). This role is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient program operations aligned with organizational policies, funding requirements, and district expectations. The PS III oversees all aspects of program operations, partner success, staff accountability, site leader development, and program budgets for the district-wide contract. The PS III serves as the primary liaison to district leaders, donors, and key stakeholders. The role demands a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can work flexible hours including before/after school, weekends, and during school breaks (summer, winter, and non-instructional days).
