Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of program management frameworks

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads large, complex programs.
  • Ensures alignment between program objectives and business unit strategy while driving program execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Develop program governance frameworks and reporting structures.
  • Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
  • Coordinate cross-organizational teams to deliver program outcomes.
  • Provide executive reporting and performance metrics.
  • Mentor project managers and program management staff.
  • Improve program governance frameworks and operational standards.
