Requirements

Advanced knowledge of program management frameworks
Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives
PgMP or PMP certification strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of project/program management experience
Enterprise program governance
Cross-functional program leadership
Strategic planning and execution alignment
Program budgeting and financial management
Executive stakeholder communication
Program risk and dependency management
Portfolio reporting and performance metrics
Organizational change management
Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point

Responsibilities

Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with strategic business priorities.
Manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Develop program governance frameworks and reporting structures.
Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
Coordinate cross-organizational teams to deliver program outcomes.
Provide executive reporting and performance metrics.
Mentor project managers and program management staff.
Improve program governance frameworks and operational standards.
