The Youth Tutoring Program (YTP) provides out‑of school academic support and enrichment for students in grades 1–12 living in low‑income and public housing communities. YTP centers offer a safe, supportive, culturally responsive environment where scholars strengthen academic skills, set goals, and build confidence with support from trained staff and volunteers. The program serves primarily youth of color from immigrant and refugee families and partners closely with schools, families, and community organizations. The Program Manager provides overall leadership, vision, and accountability for the Youth Tutoring Program. This role is responsible for educational quality, curriculum integrity, staff supervision, program outcomes, and compliance. The Program Manager ensures that YTP programming is scholar‑centered, equitable, anti‑racist, and aligned with best practices in youth development and education. This position focuses exclusively on program leadership and accountability.
