Our Congregate Care Network (CCN) programs provide a highly structured residential environment designed to support youth (referred by the Department of Children and Families) who face significant emotional, behavioral, medical, cognitive, and mental health needs. As a Program Supervisor, you will work hand-in-hand with the Program Manager (PM) to oversee the assigned group home. You will establish open communication, support, and accountability among program staff, ensuring that our youth receive the therapeutic, emotional, and educational backing they need to build healthy relationships and transition successfully into real-world settings.
