Requirements

8 to 10+ years of experience in Project and Program Management
8 to 10+ years of experience in Team leadership and leading a multidisciplinary team
8 to 10+ years of experience leading a team of data engineers and technical targeters
8 to 10+ years of experience leading IT modernization efforts
8 to 10+ years of experience in Cost forecasting
8 to 10+ years of experience working with customers to establish and implement requirements, and communicating with customers regarding scope, schedule, and risks
8 to 10+ years of experience managing project financials, generating recurring reports, conducting recurring contract status reviews, and running recurring program management reviews
8 to 10+ years of experience producing ad hoc reports for clients
Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience with government or large enterprise contracts
Familiarity with data engineering best practices
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Strong risk management skills

Responsibilities

Overseeing complex projects that involve leading a multidisciplinary team of data engineers and technical targeters.
Working closely with customers to establish and implement technical requirements, ensuring that all project objectives align with client expectations.
Driving IT modernization efforts.
Managing project financials and forecasting costs accurately to keep initiatives on track.
Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project scope, schedules, and potential risks.
Generating weekly progress reports.
Conducting monthly contract status reviews.
Leading program management meetings.
Producing ad hoc reports for clients as needed.
