Requirements

  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in Project and Program Management
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in Team leadership and leading a multidisciplinary team
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience leading a team of data engineers and technical targeters
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience leading IT modernization efforts
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in Cost forecasting
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience working with customers to establish and implement requirements, and communicating with customers regarding scope, schedule, and risks
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience managing project financials, generating recurring reports, conducting recurring contract status reviews, and running recurring program management reviews
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience producing ad hoc reports for clients
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with government or large enterprise contracts
  • Familiarity with data engineering best practices
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • Strong risk management skills

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing complex projects that involve leading a multidisciplinary team of data engineers and technical targeters.
  • Working closely with customers to establish and implement technical requirements, ensuring that all project objectives align with client expectations.
  • Driving IT modernization efforts.
  • Managing project financials and forecasting costs accurately to keep initiatives on track.
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project scope, schedules, and potential risks.
  • Generating weekly progress reports.
  • Conducting monthly contract status reviews.
  • Leading program management meetings.
  • Producing ad hoc reports for clients as needed.
