Requirements

Must be a US Citizen.
Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with cost and/or schedule
Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
5+ years of professional experience in program planning or scheduling
Proposal experience
Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media
Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience
Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
Demonstrated team building skills
Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
Aerospace experience
Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Excellent Communication and Organizational skills

Responsibilities

Lead the planning team for a Skunk Works® program.
Develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules.
Serve as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team.
Collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control.
