About The Position

You will be the Int. Program Planner Senior-F-35 Program - Level 3 for the F-35 Development Planning Team which is responsible for delivering reliable, on‑time schedules that enable the F-35 program to meet its mission objectives. As the Int. Program Planner Senior-F-35 Program - Level 3 you will be responsible for shaping the master schedule that drives design, development, and sustainment activities across the F-35 enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with cost and/or schedule
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
  • Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.

  • Experiences with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules in Deltek Open Plan, coordinating with Control Account Managers and Financial Analysts.
  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track schedule performance and forecast future program health.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality teams to integrate their task estimates into a cohesive master schedule.
  • Identify schedule gaps, recommend remediation actions, and monitor the implementation of corrective measures.
  • Produce clear status reports and briefings for senior leadership and the Agile Release Train, highlighting risks, constraints, and progress.
