About The Position

You will be the Int. Program Planner-Integrated Planning, Skunk Works®-Level 2 for the Skunk Works® Integrated Planning Team which is responsible for shaping world‑changing aerospace technology. As the Int. Program Planner-Integrated Planning, Skunk Works®-Level 2 you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality program schedules that drive mission success across the Skunk Works® portfolio. You will partner with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality to ensure every task is sequenced, timed, and resourced for on‑time, in‑budget delivery.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with networked schedules
Experience delivering presentations to team members and project teams
Bachelor’s degree
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain an active Interim Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

Excellent communication /interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Advanced knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software.
Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM) / network scheduling experience.
Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group’s products / services.
LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification.
Experience in problem resolution.
Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience.
Conflict resolution skills.
Integrated Master Plan experience.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
