About The Position

The Manufacturing Planner Senior (Level 3) will be part of the PP&C team supporting UTIAMD. This role is responsible for managing the production schedule and analyzing material shortages for various programs. The primary duties include driving production planning, identifying material gaps, and ensuring schedule integrity across multiple programs.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Experience with SAP
Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with program milestones.
Analyze material shortages and coordinate with supply chain to mitigate risks.
Generate regular status reports and forecast updates for leadership.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to resolve schedule impacts.
Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy.
