About The Position

This role involves embedding with a sensitive client mission program to gain an in-depth understanding of critical cross-USG coordination systems. The consultant will identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement, presenting recommendations to client stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is working across organizational boundaries to foster momentum towards program objectives and transformation milestones. The position also requires leveraging analytics to define and track performance metrics and return on investment, and collaborating with the delivery team to refine requirements and adapt to evolving client needs.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of experience in relevant disciplines within the national security ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience with analytics, business analytics, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated experience working within sensitive mission programs

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree
  • Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of experience in relevant disciplines within the national security ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience with plans, budget execution, and financial management
  • Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight toward shared objectives

Responsibilities

  • Embed with sensitive client mission program and develop intimate knowledge of critical cross-USG coordination system
  • Identify potential avenues for optimization and enhancement, making recommendations to client stakeholders for potential courses of action
  • Work across organizational boundaries to build and sustain shared momentum against program objectives and optimization/transformation milestones
  • Leverage analytics skills to identify, refine, and establish clear performance metrics and indicators of return on investment
  • Work closely with broader delivery team to sharpen requirements and adjust team structure to adapt to shifting client needs over time
